Project Activities

The activities to be implemented in the FEW4Youth project aim to increase the quality, innovation and recognition of youth work by exploring the current framework in Cyprus and Romania and identify how it can be enhanced utilising examples from highly developed countries

Activity 1

Activity 1 aims at mapping the situation regarding youth work and digital youth work in Cyprus and Romania by identifying youth organisations in order to receive their input regarding problems, needs and actions required to be taken so as to make their work more recognisable, effective and sustainable.

Activity 2

Activity 2 relates to the organisation of one online Kick-Off-Meeting, a Transnational Partner's Meeting hosted in Cyprus along with bi-monthly meetings, ensuring the smooth management and coordination of the project as well as the effective communication among the consortium partners.

Activity 3

Activity 3 aims at identifying the current framework of [Digital] Youth Work in Cyprus and Romania in terms of legislation, policies, strategies enforced and measures taken and explore best practices in order to be able to highlight gaps and provide practical policy recommendations for the establishment of [Digital] Youth Work in the partner countries.

Activity 4

Activity 4 aims at creating an online repository composed of tools developed to enhance digital skills and competences. Emphasis will be given to open-source tools, developed in the context of EU-funded projects that can aid youth NGOs, which at most times are not in a position to fund such efforts.

Activity 5

The goal of this Activity 5 relates to the development of the dissemination and communication strategy to ensure that there are
appropriate mechanisms in place to identify and communicate with relevant stakeholders at a local and EU level and that the project results will be disseminated and generate impact to a wide audience.
